I offer executive functions coaching to support individuals - including, but not limited to those who are neurodivergent - in developing the cognitive and emotional skills needed for everyday life, learning, and work. These brain-based skills include planning, organisation, time management, emotional regulation, task initiation, and sustained attention. Using a collaborative, strengths-based approach, I help clients apply personalised strategies that reduce overwhelm, boost productivity, and build independence—empowering them to navigate personal, professional and academic, life with clarity and confidence.

Neurodiversity & ADHD Coaching

At NeuroPathways, I offer ADHD and neurodiversity coaching to support individuals in understanding their unique neurotype. This coaching focuses on managing challenges like focus, impulsivity, emotional regulation, and organisation by developing personalised, practical solutions. It’s a strengths-based, collaborative process that empowers clients to build confidence, improve productivity, and thrive in academic, professional, and personal environments. Whether newly diagnosed or seeking greater self-awareness, my coaching meets you where you are and fosters sustainable growth.

Workplace Coaching

I provide personalised workplace coaching tailored to neurodivergent employees, focusing on their unique strengths and challenges. Drawing on a holistic, collaborative approach, I help clients develop practical strategies -  these may include time management, organisation, communication, memory and stress regulation. My coaching complements existing workplace adjustments and encourages self-advocacy, confidence, and productivity. By creating a safe, strengths-based space, I support both employees and managers to build understanding, collaboration, and an inclusive work environment.

Specialist Study Skills

I’m an accredited Specialist Study Skills Tutor (SpLD/ASC) with over 20 years’ experience supporting neurodivergent students in higher education. I use a neuro-affirmative, strengths-based approach to empower learners, enhance academic performance, and develop personalised strategies for success. I help students make the most of their unique cognitive profiles, build confidence, and cultivate effective study techniques aligned with their learning styles. I also bring a deep understanding of doctoral-level research culture and supervisor dynamics.
