Workplace Coaching

At NeuroPathways, I specialise in workplace coaching tailored for neurodivergent employees and their employers. My services include 1:1 coaching to empower individuals with strategies to enhance their well-being, improve performance, develop skills, and achieve career goals. Coaching enhances leadership, boosts motivation, and fosters self-awareness.  It can include executive functioning coaching- such as planning, time management, organisation-  allowing them to thrive in their roles and respond to specific challenges. My tailored coaching  addresses challenges, like sensory overload, while promoting strengths such as creativity or problem-solving.

I also offer co-coaching sessions designed to foster understanding, collaboration, and inclusivity between employees and their managers. By providing personalised support and practical tools, I help create workplaces where neurodiverse talent can flourish, benefiting both individuals and organisations.

I assist individuals in the Access to Work process, if required.
